(tulisan ini sekaligus juga bercerita tentang) kiat jitu melangsingkan tubuh ;p masyarakat di perkotaan yg cukup sejahtera biasanya punya pola makan yang tidak berkekurangan. artinya gizinya cukup, ada karbohidrat, protein, dan serat. kekurangan vitamin dan zat2 lainnya biasanya dipenuhi dengan vitamin/suplemen dan susu. namun yang sering tidak disadari adalah bahwa pada pola makan/hidup tersebut ada konsumsi beberapa zat yang berlebihan, yaitu: karbohidrat dan gula . masalahnya kelebihan zat itu tidak selalu bisa dibuang oleh tubuh. yg ada malah akan menjadi tumpukan lemak (dan zat2 lain) sebagai excess baggage /kelebihan zat di tubuh, yang selain memperburuk penampilan juga bisa menjadi sumber penyakit (hahahaha.. bahasanya kayak buku2 tips pasaran gitu.. ;p) sehari2 pasti sering kita ngeliat orang lain (atau ngelakuin sendiri ;p) makan nasinya nambah, atau minum minuman manis bergelas2/boto...
