I’m only on day 15, but I can feel a shift in my thinking and it is shifting in the right direction of NOT drinking and craving the wine so much! I’ve found that sparkling apple cider and other ‘sparkling’ drinks can satisfy the craving for the real stuff so I’ve stocked up on that for the time being. My favorite so far is the apple cider! I made a couple of simple syrups to add to my plain sparkling water to add a bit of flavor and I have always loved kombucha so I’ve stocked up on that as well in some of my favorite flavors!
