ストックマネー「中国OD05の日本資産買い」 東日本大震災からの復興には中国マネーが鍵を握る ストックマネー「中国OD05の日本資産買い」 世界の金融情勢とマネーの流れを解説するストックマネー。今回のテーマは中国の投資マネーOD05（オーディー05）」によると日本資産買い。 東日本大震災からの復興には中国マネーが鍵を握る 3月11日に発生した東日本大震災（3・11）は2001年9月11日に起きた同時多発テロ（9・11）と並ぶ歴史の画期になるであろう。3・11によって日本の円は国際的地位の低下を加速し、中国の人民幣（人民元の正式名称）は国際通貨の歩みを加速している。 たしかに、震災の発生直後から、円の米ドルに対する為替レートは急騰した。しかし、それは震災後の日本人の秩序ある行動が円に対する信認を高めた結果ではなく、外国為替（FX）のアルゴリズム取引の結果であった。今日、外国為替を含む金融商品の取引の大半はアルゴリズムによって自動的におこなわれている。過去における震災の後に円が高騰した経験則を組み込まれたアルゴリズムが、大震災とその後の大きな余震のニュースに反応し、円を買う注文を自動的に入れ続けた結果、名目為替レートが戦後最高値を更新したのであった。 3・11からの復興は、1995年の阪神・淡路大震災からの復興の時よりも、中国経済に一段と依存することが不可避である。東日本大震災の地震の規模は阪神・淡路大震災より二桁違いに大きく、中国経済の規模は九五年から現在まで六倍以上に成長しているからである。地震の規模を表すマグニチュード（Ｍ）は、一目盛りで約三二倍、二目盛り上がると１０００倍の違いを表す。よってＭ九・〇の東日本大震災の地震の規模は、Ｍ7.2の阪神・淡路大震災の約355倍である。東日本大震災からの復興が、阪神・淡路大震災からの復興よりも遅いのは、物理的に無理もないことである。 また、Ｍ7.9の関東大震災（一九二三年）の約45倍である。後藤新平による関東大震災からの復興方針を金科玉条とするのは危険である。そして、Ｍ八・六の宝永地震2707年）の約4倍である。宝永地震の二年後には、新井白石が登用され、生類憐みの令を廃止し、正徳の治を始めた。それ以上に大胆な政策転換が必要である。 現在、中国は阪神・...
