Machado and Martha White . From January 2023 to August 2023, I was an AI research intern at Sony AI working with Dustin Morrill . Before starting my PhD, I lived and worked in Tokyo at Preferred Networks on open source deep RL as well as applications of RL to robotics. Before that, I was a student at the University of Texas at Austin, where I received Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science, and a Master's degree in Computer Science.
