This section should be pretty short and fairly easy if you have any knowledge of Unreal Engine. Unreal Engine 4 (UE4) is being used to make/render the material for a few reasons: A) It is free.* (*for development) B) It is an incredibly powerful real-time engine that is very deep and feature rich, and mostly user friendly. C) A massive, highly talented community that is willing to help if you get stuck.
