教改志略 教改志略 晃荡者书:岛镇上变革动辄发生,难得一次生根掘底,意义终于有望繁衍。育者未必能见着林木渐长,岁月不允,但那又何妨。 Thursday, September 17, 2009 临别书 各位华文组的同事: 四年来有缘与你们共事,是我的福气。“童言无忌”(我来部里的时候确实是最年轻的,呵呵),希望我不默而生的个性没有冒犯大家。若有得罪的地方,还请见谅。                                回望在部里的四年,身后的脚印,象征的不仅是个人的成长,也寄寓了一套课程曲折的历程。而因为了解,所以体谅。中学的课程也将有段加倍艰难的妊娠期(当然小学组和高中组也不容易)。无论眼前可能天降的风暴是为岛国华文教育的造福抑或造孽,大家都必须继续参与这出悬念纷纭的剧场。然而,我想只要用心付出和经营,任谁都不能说我们不曾尽力。 谨此献上衷心的祝福,祝愿你们未来一切顺利。 我纵使远赴英伦,心里仍永远有一处牵挂,留给曾经培养我的地方和包容我的朋友。 再会! Posted by prosaic at 6:57 PM 1 comment: 感谢:一个项目的圆满 离开时我方才惊觉, 岁月的姻缘际会如何让一些实践的点微妙聚合, 慢慢地拉成一条前仆后继的线,以及形成某个时间点上的维面。 我们 几个人分别都做过一些尝试,而今有缘聚首, 携手完成一个原本各有 轮廓的的理想。 成品让人心疼, 正在于共识的形塑。书并不完美( 如: 评价环节本应作更深的探讨; 实验项目其实最好有实证研究享有的研究支援, 才可能收获更具普遍 意义的成果等),但我已经很满意了。因为其中的内容,包括庆亮梳理的教学心得,以及第二章里结合教育部推展的“PETALS:投入型学习的基本原则” 框架,为这个领域开始记录一种在地的文化与知识生产(local culture and knowledge production)过程。从这本书诞生的时刻算起,我们终于在岛国上有了属于自己独特教学语境的教育戏剧教学知识。 谢谢庆亮、翡翠、 佩盈、振南老师 和晓忆。 谢谢思仁(我偶尔还会唤他“柯老师”) 赐序 。 我认为是一篇很重要的文章,它 相当完整地勾勒出“戏剧教学法” 和“教育戏剧”在华文教育场域中...
