Unlike the lions, cheetahs will only eat fresh meat. They eat as much as they'd like after they kill & then leave, letting the vultures come & finish it off. It took a pack of 5 lions to take down this one buffalo. Unlike cheetahs, lions will feed on their kills for 3 to 4 days, or until all the meat is gone.
