LLÀSTIMA QUE EN UN 3 I NO RES, JA NO QUEDA RES AL PLAT. diumenge, 8 de gener del 2017 Torrades amb Escalivada Ingredients: 2 Pebrots vermell 2 Alberginies 2 Cebes grans Pa de Pagés 1 gra d'all Formatge ratllat Opcional: sustituïr per formatge de cabra. Un plat molt senzill per un diumenge vespre. A la vora del foc n'escalivem els pebrots, alberginies i cebes i reservem en un recipient per suar la verdura i poder netejar mes fàcil. De mentre fem les torrades al foc, i ja nomes queda montar el plat, damunt torrada fregem el gran d'all, tires d'escalivada, sal i posem el formatge desitjat i gratinar forn.
