Questione della decisione venerdì 15 aprile 2016 Canone Rai in bolletta: il parere del Consiglio di Stato. Il documento integrale Siccome continua il malvezzo dell'informazione italiana di fornire la notizia ma non la fonte provo a pensarci io. Devo dire che il sito della Giustizia Amministrativa non aiuta molto ma, con un po' di pazienza, ci si può riuscire. Molti (leggi tutti) i giornali hanno parlato della bocciatura o quasi da parte del Consiglio di Stato sul pagamento dell'abbonamento Rai nella bolletta elettrica, ma non è proprio così. Il Consiglio rileva delle criticità anzi, per dirla con le sue parole non può non rilevare che il regolamento de quo presenta alcuni profili di criticità che dovrebbero trovare soluzione prima della sua definitiva approvazione che, tradotto, significa che ci sono alcune cose che secondo me -Consiglio- non vanno bene e che andrebbero modificate.
