Random.dot.FM Pages Home other websites and blog contact me Tuesday, March 4, 2014 The lui cha obsession t was about two weeks ago, when a friend of mine decided to introduced to me a healthy dish called lui cha. Lui cha is a peasant dish created in the land of China as a way to make use of the vegetable produce to replace meat dishes that was considered back then luxury items that can be only eaten by upper class citizen like royal or rich families. The health benefits of the dish is tremendous because of its  content, a good mix of vegetable eaten with a thick broth of green tea and a decent amount of rice for the extra carbohydrate. Since my first try that afternoon, I learn to love lui cha and I am sure you will too. It a good supplementary diet if you are eating a lot of meat and it is good and detoxifying and cleaning the body. randomly put together by sully86 at 11:37 PM No comments: Email This BlogThis!
