September in Rangeley Posted in Rangeley with tags Brook Trout , Fall , Rangeley on October 1, 2023 by rangeleyboys Matt, Chris, Tim, Bob C and I spent the last days of the Maine Open fishing season on new Rangeley waters. We fished streamers, dries and nymphs in SBS, LPS, BS and the Rangeley River with decent results. Why the code? These streams are generally not fished by other anglers. On two of them, we saw none, zero- not a single other fisher person. Yet, there were fish everywhere we went. Some of them were pretty big too.
