However, she is now stuck elsewhere. Because of the basement flooding, there is likely to be no hot water tomorrow because, as you know, a rising tide douses all flames, including the pilot light of a water heater. My partner has spent hours today trying to fix something he has tried to fix so many times that if we were to renew our vows, this object would have to be present. It is raining so hard that our dogs won’t go outside despite them being sled dogs who, until recently, lived outside with half a plastic barrel as their shelter.
