Posted on January 7, 2015 | 6 comments 2015 a second year in Triathlon So with 2014 out of the way and being a week into 2015 we all should be well into our “New year’s resolutions” or training for the season ahead. Mine seemed to start on the 3 rd of January with a swim just to “test the water” excuse the pun!! The lesson that I learnt extremely quickly this time round has been that my rest period and generally doing no exercise has been far too long. I have been hit with Illness and laziness for nearly 3 months and am now feeling the effects.
