This time, I’ve decided to use different types of cheeses, and to add some vegetables to the mix, for both added color and nutritional values. To simplify the preparation, I’ve used frozen cut spinach, and a vegetable mix, containing of corn, peas, and carrots. Using a mix of bold flavored cheeses, such as fresh goat cheese, sharp cheddar, and Parmesan, gave the bake a tasty and aromatic twist.
