Pada satu sisi kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap pendidikan mengalami peningkatan yang siginifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini, namun keterbatasan-keterbatasan pemberian layanan menjadi masalah tersendiri pada sisi yang lain, misalnya peserta didik yang tidak dapat meninggalkan pekerjaan, jangkauan wilayah yang membutuhkan waktu cukup lama, terbatasnya ruang-ruang belajar di perguruan tinggi pen...
