We had a bank account and everything lined up ready to move to Portugal and COVID shut down the borders.  Everything converged into a move to Schulenburg, Texas. It was a good place to ride out COVID. The country was a good place for our kids to make memories and roots for a good chunk of their childhood. The people are amazing and we love the community we have found and built.
