Februar 2018 von schmetterlingsfarben Standard Wieder mal ein Fachbegriff. Ich möchte ihn mit Leben füllen, um zu beschreiben, was er für mich bedeutet. Angefangen hat meine Begegnung mit der radikalen Akzeptanz in der Therapie. Ich war mal wieder in einer Phase des Zweifels. Ich stellte meine Dissoziative Identitätsstruktur in Zweifel. Es darf nicht sein, was nicht sein kann. Denn wenn ich akzeptiere, dass man Viele ist, egal in welcher Ausprägung, dann akzeptiert man auch, dass es Umstände gegeben haben muss, die die Seele dazu brachte, diesen Überlebensmechanismus zu nutzen.
