Kalau sudah malam, karena harus momong tiga anak, emosi jadi lebih mudah tersulut karena sudah lelah. Akhirnya sadar diri bahwa harus menguatkan fisik, karena jalan pengasuhan masih panjang. Sejak sebulan terakhir, merutinkan untuk jalan pagi, ikut olahraga dari aplikasi, youtube, maupun program berbayar. Akhirnya ketika diajak kak jay untuk ikut trekking ke Sentul, diri ini dengan semangat menyambutnya. Ke Curug Love, katanya 4 km bolak balik. Ah, kayak keliling komplek, okelah masih bisa.
