Dragii moşului, ca o avanpremieră pentru viitoarele schimbări, vom vorbi azi despre o specialitate militară a unor flăcăi tare dragi mie, date fiind curiozitatea specifică, mintea destupată şi sângele ce-l au în ei, trasul cu ochiu’ la rufele murdare ale vecinilor ruşinoşi nefiind la îndemâna oricui. Cercetarea, căci despre ea este vorba, îndeletnicire militară la fel de veche precum războiul însăşi, reprezintă ochii şi urechile unei armate.
