It makes a minor change to how Short Rests work while making a major change to Long Rests. Long Rests would no longer allow a character to heal but would, instead, fully replenish a character’s Hit Dice pool. I have also updated my houserules for non-magical healing and recuperation. RESTING Heroic though they might be, adventurers can’t spend every hour of the day in the thick of exploration, social interaction, and combat .
