Monday, June 26, 2017 合艾美食新体验 （Food in Hatyai） 这一篇想简单的记录上周末去合艾第一次吃到的美食。 ChokDee Dim Sum 对很多游客来说不再是陌生的一间点心店。我到访了合艾这么多次，这次还是第一次去呢。那里的点心有多好吃和便宜就不多说。我要分享的是司机介绍的煎河粉，和与煎河粉一起吃的鱼料理 (deep fried flat noodle with fish)。基本上它们是一套餐的。 样子看起来是不是很像韩国的煎饼？据说是没有用面粉煎的，而是河粉直接下锅煎。 这不是这道菜的全部，伴随着这煎河粉的是一道鱼料理。两道一起吃，还蛮好吃和味道很搭。 下一个司机介绍的美食就是泰国船面 Boat Noodle。 顾客可以选择猪肉、牛肉或鸡肉，然后要米粉，粿條或泰国粿條。 我选择了牛肉泰国粿條，不要内脏；但老板还是放了少许的肉肝，而且还有几片猪肉哦！不知道是老板特别给的，还是本来就是这样的（虽然已经说了牛肉，不要内脏）。 面条的分量适中，但料就给的很多了。 我觉得牛肉的味道很好，不知道是不是有腌制过再放进汤煮，很入味。 喜欢炸猪皮的，可以把在桌面上包装好了的炸猪皮加到汤面里一起吃哦！（另计） 除此有免费供应九层塔和豆芽。 离开此店，和老板说了一声“aroi”(好吃)。 老板就主动的把名卡递过来，原来。。。他的名字叫成隆。 粿汁在合艾也算是一道随处都有的平民小食。 我其实没有很偏爱粿汁，因此虽然到过合艾有好几次了，都不会想到要去吃。 经由司机介绍，加上同游朋友全数的赞成，就变成了我尝试的机会了。 一如往常不要内脏。 汤口味道浓郁，虽然大部分都是以肉为料，但不腻。 我们这趟旅程也去了 Songkhla。 Songkhla 有一道普遍的当地美食，就是豆腐乳粉汤。 正好是午餐时间，司机到我们去的这间茶餐室高朋满座，桌子还是摆到店外的。 面条有黄面、粿條、泰国粿條和米粉可选。这次我选了米粉，因为米粉容易吸收汤汁，应该很适合这样的汤。 料给的很丰富，而我觉得米粉是...
