Keduannya sama-sama memiliki ban, sadel, garpu, pedal, juga bel yang berbunyi kring…kring..kring…… dan juga beberapa aksesoris yang sama. Fungsi yang mendasar becak dan sepeda berguna sebagai alat transportasi yang ramah lingkungan dan murah meriah. Namun ada perbedaan yang mencolok antara becak dan sepeda ontel, bila kita naik beca maka kita harus mengeluarkan biaya kepada tukang beca sebagai pengganti jasa atas tenaga yang telah dikeluarkannya.
