I am by nature a fixer, a thinker, a problem solver, even a trouble shooter on occasion. And all of a sudden here was something I couldn’t control. I couldn’t project manage this back out of existence. I am by inclination a writer, it’s my way of processing things. As I write, often with no idea of what’s coming next, it clarifies for me how I feel about something, or what my opinion is. Sometimes I even suprise myself! So starting a blog seemed almost a natural progression for me. I want to raise awareness. I want people to know what this awful disease does and to understand the impact it has...
