(Μάρτιν Λούθερ Κινγκ) Δευτέρα 28 Μαρτίου 2011 Ο φόβος μας έγινε δικός τους φόβος Συναδέλφισσες και συνάδελφοι, Η απάντηση στο τελεσίγραφο της μείωσης των μισθών μας δόθηκε. Η διοίκηση σε κρίση πανικού από την μαζική άρνηση υπογραφής των εργαζομένων συγκέντρωσε και κατηγόρησε τους προϊστάμενούς μας ότι δεν έκαναν σωστά την δουλειά τους επειδή δεν μας έπεισαν να υπογράψουμε! Στη συγκέντρωση αυτή των προϊσταμένων, σε έναν παρατεταμένο μονόλογο, ο κ. Καρακαδάς είπε ότι δεν είναι δα και καμιά σπουδαία θυσία τα 200 ευρώ που κόβουμε από τους μισθούς. Αναγνωρίζουμε ότι για τον κ. Καρακαδά και το περιβάλλον του δεν έχουν καμιά αξία τα 200 ευρώ το μήνα και δεν μπορούν να αντιληφθούν τι μπορεί να σημαίνει για εμάς και για τις οικογένειές μας η περικοπή αυτή. Ο κ. Καρακαδάς αποκάλυψε ότι οι μειώσεις μισθών γίνονται επειδή υπάρχει πρόβλημα cash flow...
