Posted by Qilipa | November 16, 2015 | Categories: Uncategorized | Leave a comment სიზმარი? მიჩნეულია, რომ ყოველი ჩვენგანი ღამით საშუალოდ 5 სიზმარს ხედავს, ხოლო ამახსოვრდება მხოლოდ ის სიზმარი, რომლის “მიმდინარეობის დროსაც ეღვიძება” სიზმრებს ადამიანი ძირითადად სწრაფი ძილის დროს ხედავს. თუ ადამიანს სწრაფი ძილის დროს გავაღვიძებთ, იგი კარგად მოგიყვებათ სიზმარს. სწრაფი ძილის დამთავრებიდან 5 წუთის შემდეგ თუ გავაღვიძებთ, იგი გაიხსენებს სიზმარს, თუმცა ნაწილობრივ, 10 წუთის შემდეგ კი, უმეტესობას არ ახსოვს თუ რა ესიზმრა. სწორედ ესაა მიზეზი იმასა, რომ დილით ნანახი სიზმარი კარგად ახსოვთ, რადგა ამ დროს ადამიანის ტვინი სწრაფი ძილის უკანასკნელ ფაზეს განიცდის. ძირითადად, სიზმარს მხოლოდ ვ...
