I’m not doing a gag because I just woke up, and I haven’t planned anything. I should have had yesterday off, but I decided to take a co-worker’s shift to let her do an early easter with her family. I’m such a friggin softie. So, of course, an hour before we close a huge project turns up that we have to get done before close. Why wouldn’t it? Plus, when I get in today I’m facing two more projects, unless more turn up. People in our office love to pile projects in on the weekends when only two of us work, beg and plead it be finished that day, but then complain to our boss when we make small mistakes because we’ve rushed it for them, instead of just having us change it.
