ОРГАНИЗИРАНИ СЕЛСКОСТОПАНСКИ БРИГАДИ / ЗЕМЕДЕЛСКИ КРЕДИТИ / И ДЪРЖАВНИ ГАРАНЦИИ В тази бележка предстои да изясним някои основни проблеми, без чието решаване, дори и специализираните борси от нов тип, няма да помогнат, защото няма как да оперират ефективно. Нужни са решителни действия на държавата по адресирането на най-наболелите проблеми, чието решение, в комбинация с изграждането на тържища от НОВ ТИП, ще донесе на страната ни просперитет. В бележката, озаглавена „ПРИМЕРЕН АЛГОРИТЪМ ЗА СЪЗДАВАНЕ НА СПЕЦИАЛИЗИРАНИТЕ БОРСИ ОТ НОВ ТИП” изясних как държавата може да инициира създаването на тържища от НОВ ТИП, без да похарчи и стотинка. По този начин ще се постигне акумулация на експертни кадри (чиито заплати, поне в началото ще се плащат дефакто от вноса). Но уви, това не е достатъчно. Освен организиране на висококвалифициран персонал (чрез борсите от нов тип), ще е необходимо организирането и на огромна маса ...
