問題館 之 一个馬來西亞的十萬個為什么 skip to main | skip to sidebar 問題館 之 一个馬來西亞的十萬個為什么 2013年8月16日 星期五 福利局功能不足 8月13日 － 中國報「人人咖啡館」 某燒焊廠東主患上胰臟癌，無法承擔昂貴醫療費，房貸拖欠4期，連3歲幼女的奶粉錢也面臨問題，需要社會人士幫助。大家常閱讀到類似新聞，會不會感覺很悲哀？ 慶幸我們還沒遭遇如斯絕境，也為那些不幸的家庭感到哀傷和同情。 當人民有需要的時候，往往第一時間是向人民求助，卻不是政府的福利主動去幫助他們，大家 會不會和筆者一樣，為生活在一個馬來西亞的人民感到可悲？ 如果民間的福利工作，一直都是由人民自己去負擔，那么請問政府的福利局還要來做什么？如果政府不去照顧貧困的人民，任由人民受苦，當官者無視民間疾苦，這個國家算不算是生病了？ 當領袖痛罵人民不感恩的時候，可有想起那些需要他們施恩的人民？敢問政治人物的政治理念和理想，可有包括真心協助社會上不幸的一群？ 某友人的女兒患有先天性疾病，需要社會大眾的捐助來籌醫療費。報章和讀者為他們籌到醫療費，但接下來的日子，還是需要自行承擔長期的醫療費和藥品，一些重量級大人物來探訪，答應幫忙，新聞見報后，日子一個月一個月過去，幫助一直沒有來臨。 當局聲稱只援助在國內接受手術的病人，友人的女兒是在國外接受器官移植手術，就因為當初在本地求助無門，才被逼到鄰國動手術，福利局為什么要設那么多規矩，阻礙有需要的人民受惠？ 常去某家孤兒院探訪，知道他們一直在努力申請政府津貼，至今還沒有成功，還是需要依靠社會人士的資助苦苦支撐。每一次拒絕的理由，都是因為他們不符合某些條件，之后他們想辦法克服和做到這些條件，然后又一次次被拒絕。為什么不是政府的福利局，協助他們達到這些條件？ 如果一場補選都可花費那么多金錢，為何就不能把錢用在更有需要的人民身上？爭取選票和支持，比救苦救難更重要？若然如此，這種國家病態，什么時候才能被醫治？ http://www.chinapress.com.my/node/448388 張貼者： 問文 於 晚上9:03 沒有留言: 2012年2月25日 星期六 為何逼學...
