resume Dr. Christian Nold christian@softhook.com Dr. Christian Nold is an academic researcher, designer and artist inventing new models and technologies for collective representation. In the last decades he created large-scale public art and design projects such as the widely acclaimed ‘Bio Mapping’, ‘Emotion Mapping’ and ‘Bijlmer Euro’ that have been staged with thousands of participants across sixteen countries. He is a Lecturer in Design at The Open University and was a research fellow at the Social Design Institute (UAL) and the Extreme Citizen Science group (UCL) where he coordinated the H2020 ‘Doing It Together Science’ project. Christian has written numerous books and journal papers including the widely cited ‘Emotional Cartography: Technologies of the Self’.
