Selain itu, kawasan Pulau Sempu juga ditumbuhi oleh pohon-pohon tropis dengan luas sekitar 877 ha. Pulau Sempu berada di Desa Tambak Rejo, Kecamatan Sumbermanjing Wetan. Untuk menuju ke Pulau Sempu, pengunjung harus melewati Pantai Sendang Biru terlebih dahulu. Setelah mengurus izin masuk di sana, baru pengunjung bisa masuk ke Pulau Sempu dengan menggunakan perahu sewaan seharga Rp 100.000 untuk perjalanan pulang pergi. Perahu ini bisa digunakan untuk 10 orang. Mengapa harus mengurus izin terlebih dahulu? Sebab Pulau Sempu merupakan kawasan wisata konservasi yang dilindun...
