Μεγάλωσα με τις αξίες τις πατριαρχικής οικογένειας… εκείνες που θέλουν τους ρόλους του άνδρα και της γυναίκας πλήρως αποστασιοποιημένους, ξεκάθαρα διαφορετικούς, αντιδιαμετρικούς. σε όλη μου τη παιδική ηλικία με συντρόφευαν τα σοφά λόγια της μαμάς μου…»οι άντρες δε κλαίνε» μεγάλωσα… διάβασα (ποιητική αδεία), επικοινώνησα, ταξίδεψα… οι αξίες που με γαλούχησε η οικογένεια μου είχαν αρχίσει να ξεθωριάζουν… ονόματα, όροι και απόψεις όπως φεμινισμός ισότητα αλληλοσεβασμός Γιάννης Μπουτάρης είχαν αρχίσει να κάνουν την εμφάνιση τους στην καθημερινότητα μου… Ώσπου οι ακαδημαϊκές μου αναζητήσεις με οδήγησαν στην Ολλανδία…. εκεί που γνώρισα την αρσενικότερη πλευρά της ζωής… Ο Δάσκαλος, μου επισήμανε πως ο άνδρας δεν είναι απλώς διαφορετικός από τη γυναίκα!
