SRKM now has the opportunity to design a small (12 unit – 1 block long) project of this nature here in North-Central Indiana. If successful, I would like to think this model may be replicated. At 11-12 dwelling units per acre, the concept may not be dense enough for large metropolitan cities, but I think it could be a very comfortable fit for small to mid-size communities.
