Stamps Marching Forth Pages Home Trading policy The List (stamps) The List (events) Postmarks Blogroll Ferroequinately Cancellation calendar April 11, 2015 I still can't afford it A little over two years ago I posted about an auction for an off-paper copy of U.S. Scott #9 with a clear March 4 cancellation almost socked-on-the-nose.  It was on a buy-it-now for $247.50.  Well, today I got my daily search update and found that the same stamp (shown at right) is now offered for $225 .  My year started off pretty slow so it's still out of my price range, but if the price continues to drop by $25 every two years, I might be able to buy it eventually... at 8:21 AM No comments: Email This BlogThis!
