Susuteh 奶茶 Blog 馬來西亞政治、时事博客 | 為理想中的馬來西亞奮鬥！ Susuteh 奶茶 Blog 馬來西亞政治、时事博客 為理想中的馬來西亞奮鬥！ Menu Skip to content Home Sitemap 关于奶茶 小米旋风 – 马来西亚 Leave a reply 小米旋风 This entry was posted in 经济分析 on July 23, 2014 by Susuteh 奶茶 . 戒菸酒的點滴 Leave a reply 2012年尾，吾友肺功能衰竭去世，前後發病至撒手而去，才短短的9個月！雖然早在2009年就察覺有腫瘤，但由於體積不大，吾友也沒防範，他是煙癮很強的老槍手，真是手不離煙。 還好，在知道他病發後，曾經兩次拜訪他，他感慨的說：“真心朋友難得啊，去過許多酒肉朋友，現在就剩下你們幾位，當你接聽我電話時，我知道你是其中一位！”這句話一直在我腦海裡竄動，直到今天，依然能記得他臉上的失落感。 記得當時他通過另一手機撥電，號碼完全不認識，接聽後也認不出聲音（做完化療喉嚨沙聲）之後他才告知他是某某，得知噩訊後，開始明白他的用意。 用別人的手機，就是要刺探這些所謂的“朋友”，到底還是不是朋友，這位很機智，臉型瘦長，有過人的幽默及智慧，為人親切有禮，但也現實通俗，對朋友夠義氣，但許多時候卻被“朋友”利用。 他去世的同年，應該是過了聖誕節的26日，我將整包煙扔掉了！只留下打火機，交給老母，廚房有時候需要用到，家裡停電也能應急，但煙，肯定是扔了！ 早在2009年一場大病後，血壓開始偏高，醫生建議吃藥控制，當然工作也開始有壓力感，不均的生活作息，再加上2010年攻讀碩士班開始，每天晚上幾乎都熬夜，沒有午夜也不睡覺，長期積累，讓我嗑藥，高血壓藥從此變成貼身必備之物。 我曾經做過一些研究，吸煙其實是一種習慣，也是一種寄託，如果要戒掉煙癮，就必須建立一種新習慣或新寄託，由於工作的關係，我開始研究養生及醫理，開始是從中醫師辯證，如看舌頭、觀臉色、針灸穴位、看藥方等等，之後親生接觸一些藥材的特性，如溫熱寒涼、辛酸苦甘咸、歸經等，再來就研究《黃帝內經》及參加網上課程，當中開始了解到為何我會犯高血壓！ 吸煙，吸入近千...
