Tatica1's Blog Tatica1's Blog Blog de Tatica Inicio About me Ubuntu Honduras Team at T3 Conference at EIS Finally we made it at T3 Conference (Teachers Teaching Teachers) at the EIS in San Pedro Sula. We spent two hours with 12 teachers that showed to be very interested to learn how to merge Free Software in education. We shared some information about Ubuntu and GNU/Linux and its importance on today’s education. Our goal was to create some motivation on them to implement Ubuntu/Edubuntu in their school and I think we did it. After a brief introduction of Diego about Free Software and the importance of Ubuntu on it, Alex did great talking about OppenOffice.org and then Luis talked about the wide range of application options available in Edubuntu to benefit the work of teachers and education.
