the BLACK candy skip to main | skip to sidebar Monday, October 25, 2010 When business gets in the way... I saw this open letter on my FB wall and felt the need to share it. http://running.journeyingjames.com/2010/10/an-open-letter-to-the-organizers-of-adidas-king-of-the-road/ When business gets in the way... I remember, when I started, most races only costs PHp150-300, and that was only 2 years ago. I did not join this race though but I feel there is a need for me to post this letter, since I joined St. Peter's run that same day, and man it was well organized. Cold water and race marshals were everywhere. They had just the right number of participants (I was told around 2,500), not to mention a decent singlet, photobooths, etc. all for only Php 50.00. Gone are the days (almost) when an organized race is about only two things, fun and charity.
