No icing. Just muffin. And so it was this week with Dorie’s Muffins. And I would like to take credit for making them but I didn’t. I am immobile with a bad knee so I supervised my son while he made them. That counts, right? And he did a good job, even though he forgot to set the timer and they were a little browner than we wanted. But the flavor was spot on. We used lemon yogurt which added a little more lemon flavor. IF I had had lemon marmalade or curd laying around I would have topped with that. But, alas, I had not. The recipe is on page 62 of Baking with Dorie.
