حقوق واحد تهران شمال حقوق واحد تهران شمال در این وبلاگ هر آنچه را مربوط به حقوق و دانشگاه باشد می نویسم ۱۳۸۹ اردیبهشت ۳۱, جمعه تل گرافی مصاحبه پیچانده شد، امتحانها خیلی نزدیک است، انگیزه نوشتن ندارم. ارسال شده توسط Siavash در ۲۰:۵۸ ۴۲ نظر: ۱۳۸۹ اردیبهشت ۱۵, چهارشنبه مصاحبه نظر من این بود که شرط فاسخ انفساخ است، البته نظر نبود جائی خوانده بودم ولی نمی دانستم کجا، اما هیچ کدام از بچه ها با نظر من موافق نبودند، خانه که آمدم در اینترنت سرچ کردم و دیدم« اینجا »نظر من را تایید کرده، استدلالش هم به نظرم منطقی بود با این حال دوستان هم بحث، راضی به باخت نشدند و فرهاد رفت و از دکتر خجسته سوال کرد، حالا دقیق نمی توانم نقل قول کنم ولی ظاهرا نظر ایشان این بود که با شرط فاسخ عقد فسخ می شود واین شرط در واقع نوعی فسخ معلق است، نمی دانید فرهاد چه حالی می کرد از اینکه نظر من رد شده بود و برده بود و این حرفا، خوب اینجا معلوم است دیگر، من هرجا لازم ببینم نظر شیخ و آخوند را هم رد می کنم دکتر خجسته که روی سر ما جا دارد، قبول نکردم و قرار شد برویم سراغ دکتر شهبازی، و از ایشان سوال...
