Eagle .brd (board) and .sch (schematic) files can be downloaded  here – use your favorite PCB fab shop and follow their instructions to convert these into circuit boards. I used http://dorkbotpdx.org/wiki/pcb_order/ Reference my Bill Of Materials  for populating the components.
