My husband stated that he had the taste for a cheesy homemade Mac and Cheese. I really like pasta but I’m not a huge Mac n Cheese fan. I’ll eat it, it’s jyst not one of those things i absolutely have to have. For this dish, I’m substituting the traditionally used elbow macaroni for Ziti. It’s all pasta, yet i prefer it. This is sort of like a “junk” recipe. As long as you get the foundation set, you can pretty much use every or whatever cheeses you like.
