Sidebar Four years…and two days April 11, 2020 thenewnewguy 1 Comment It’s been so long since I wrote that I zoomed right by a milestone: 4 years since I had a drink, as of April 9th. Or put more positively: four years of freedom from worrying about drinking. Life continues on for me, always with its challenges but with plenty to be thankful for. Even in this very strange and scary time of social distancing there is much to appreciate. And I continue to appreciate the sober blogging community without which I would never have made it this far. So thanks, and congratulations, to all of you. Keep doing what you’re doing. Even if you think no one is reading, keep going. That one ‘lurker’ on your page may be the person you inspire to finally do what they know...
