My aim, over a period of time, is to post everything I have learned since I started baking bread as a home baker in 1992, the experience gained running the Microbakery I set up in 2007, and the present period since 2012 where I have been occupied mainly with writing and consultancy and training. The Russian Invasion of Ukraine has been continuing since 24 February 2022. A lot of bakers are baking to raise funds to aid the Ukrainian people.
