Walking 55 miles in 5 days with a long cane , ……. not so easy. I am lucky to say, walking has never really been a challenge for me. Growing up, my parents never drove, so we either caught a bus or walked. Having been born with sight loss, I have obviously never had the opportunity to drive, which has never really bothered me.
