A defining characteristic to identify ICT that was used by the quiz that I completed was that ICT is digital, and digital technology involves input, processing and output of information through binary digits. Many examples were given in the course material of ICT used in our lives. Understanding what are ICT and how I learn new ICT is important in order to gain the knowledge and understanding needed to feel confident when using ICT in student learning.
