Δηλαδή όχι τα ίδια τα μηχανήματα, αλλά οι είσοδοι των προθαλάμων των τραπεζών. Στην τράπεζα της γειτονιάς μου, ο άστεγος που συνήθως κοιμάται μέσα στον ζεστό προθάλαμο με τα ΑΤΜ, είναι ξύπνιος και κάθεται δίπλα στη γυάλινη πόρτα από τη μέσα μεριά. Χτυπάω το τζάμι κι αυτός μου ανοίγει. Τραβάω λεφτά για να βγω απόψε. Αυτός μετά θα κουκουλωθεί δίπλα στο μηχάνημα που ξερνάει χαρτονομίσματα και ζέστη. ~ Σε συναντάω στο πάρτυ που μου είπες. Με τραβάς να χορέψουμε. Όλο το βράδυ χορεύουμε, από πάρτυ σε πάρτυ, σε μια εγκαταλελειμμένη αποθήκη πρώτα και μετά σε ένα ασφυκτικά γεμάτο υπόγειο. Μένουμε τελευταίοι, ιδρωμένοι και βρώμικοι. ~ Κατηφορίζουμε το πλακόστρωτο και μπαίνουμε στο γωνιακό μαγαζί για ένα τελευταίο ποτό κι ας είναι πια ξημέρωμα. Ένας που κάθεται σε σκαμπό σωριάζεται στο πάτωμα και κοιμάται. Η μπαργούμαν που πίνει τσάι, δίνει...
