I learned so much about myself on an academic, physical, mental and emotional aspect. When it comes to being a writer, I learned that I am pretty good at it. Throughout the course of this semester, I have become really good at writing poetry, based on the writing demo lessons given by my classmates and quick-writes we had in class. I also found a new love in writing, especially in a journal. It is my therapy to help me get through all the emotional turmoil I have been dealing it when it comes to my mother’s sickness.
