In many ways it is harder, and is so many other ways it is much more rewarding. Yes I sometimes don't have a spotless house, but I get to play, and watch the kids expand their knowledge and I get to laugh and love on a deeper level than I have ever experienced before. Children know no bounds when it comes to love, at times they might be feisty or stubborn; but the love that they show is unconditional. Even after leaving my baby to cry himself to sleep at nap time or night time, he still cuddles me. One evening I had a sweet experience with my two year old I took her into Bed changed her and tucked her in I said "I love you, you are a good girl." And she said back, "I love you too."
