Sekitar tahun 2003 saya melakukan migrasi ke Matrix. Walapun sudah sering mengalami kekecewaan terhadap Indosat, kali ini adalah kekecewaan terbesar saya. Sim card yang saya miliki tidak terbaca di beberapa handphone, solusinya adalah dengan mengganti sim card tersebut. Sehingga Selasa 21 Oktober 2010 pukul 17.00 saya menuju BEC Bandung untuk menukar sim card tersebut. Setelah proses selesai CS berkata bahwa kartu akan aktif setelah 3 jam. Namun hingga pukul 12 malam kartu saya masih belum aktif. Saya lalu menelepon call center, dan CS berkata saya harus menunggu 1x24 jam. Keesokan harinya saya mendapat telepon dari CS BEC Bandung, yang mengatakan bahwa sedang ada trouble sistem sehingga kartu saya baru akan aktif 3x24 jam.
