Since Henry doesn’t have a baby book yet, I decided to document this little observation here: One thing that has surprised me about Henry is how regular his rhythm is at bedtime. At about 3 weeks old, I realized that he was done being awake for the day around 8-9pm. He would then sleep for around 4 hours before needing to nurse again.
