Jam 9 pagi kami dijemput Sally ke hotel di airport CHC tempat kami menginap. Kepadanya kami menyewa campervan selama 3 hari. Sally membawa kami ke rumahnya, memberi info yang penting tentang campervan-nya, lalu mengantar kami ke grocery untuk membeli keperluan selama perjalanan. Setelah semua siap, petualangan pun dimulai. Day 1 Kota pertama yang dituju adalah Timaru . Disini kami hanya ‘numpang’ makan siang, sholat, dan bermain sejenak di playground Caroline Bay Timaru, sementara pak supir istirahat sebentar di van.
